Using a unique combination of crystal singing bowls, electronic looping, and meditative vocalizations, Michelle weaves a sonic landscape that meets you where you are and gently guides you deeper into stillness. This is not about going somewhere else, but rather about arriving more fully, and allowing the earth to support you in your healing and rest. It's passive healing at its finest: time set aside to rest physically, mentally, and energetically without needing to do anything at all.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow, as well as any comfort items to help you get cozy. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow the sound to carry you into deep, grounded rest.
