Self-Love Sound Bath

Join Jamie for an hour of heart-centered relaxation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your heart!

Centering on the heart chakra, the energetic center associated with compassion, connection, and self-acceptance, this experience will feature layered sounds and vibrations from singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments to settle the nervous system and quiet the mind. As the body relaxes, the heart can release tension, process emotions, and reconnect with the self. When the heart chakra is balanced, it can support healthier emotional boundaries, greater empathy, and a deeper sense of peace with yourself and others. The sound bath is designed to gently support this space, encouraging openness while keeping the experience grounded and restorative.

No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is needed. Simply come as you are and allow the sound to do the work.
