what happens at (re)fresh?
the hour-long experience begins with a special yoga nidra designed specifically to deeply relax the body and mind. participants are then cleansed and soothed by robin's collection of sound healing instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and percussion. as the healing vibrations flow through the room, cb channels reiki to each participant, cleansing the chakras and clearing energetic blockages. to close the experience, participants are gently guided back into their physical bodies and the physical space.
this experience is perfect for anyone who is tired and in need of rest, as well as those seeking cleansing, transformation, and healing.
we provide yoga mats and eye pillows. we invite you to bring a pillow, blanket or sheet, and anything else you require to feel safe and nourished during the experience.
