Meet Your Spirit Guide | A guided meditation journey into direct connection

You've felt it before: a quiet nudge at just the right moment, a sudden knowing you couldn't explain, a sense that you're not walking this path alone. What if you could actually meet the presence behind those moments?

This immersive workshop gently guides you beyond the noise of the everyday mind and into deeper, expanded states of awareness where true connection with spirit becomes possible. Step by step, a progressive series of guided meditations prepares your body, quiets your thoughts, and attunes your senses to the subtler realms. Between meditations, reflective journaling exercises help you capture insights, recognize signs, and deepen your trust in what you're receiving.

Each practice builds on the last, carefully preparing you for the heart of the journey: an extended trance meditation designed to open the doorway to a direct encounter with one of your spirit guides. In this sacred space, you'll be invited to sense their presence, receive their name or symbol, ask your questions, and listen for the wisdom they've been waiting to share.

Whether you're taking your first steps into spiritual practice or longing to deepen a connection you've already begun to feel, this journey offers a clear, supported path to meeting the guidance that has been with you all along.
