Automatic Writing Workshop with Jools Sinclair

Automatic writing is one of the simplest yet most profound ways to connect with your Higher Self, Spirit Guides, and the unseen wisdom that surrounds you. In this experiential workshop, participants will be guided step-by-step into the practice of opening themselves to receive words, insights, and guidance that come through the pen. This practice can be deeply transformative, offering clarity, inspiration, and a stronger sense of alignment with one’s own inner knowing. We’ll begin with grounding through breathwork, intention-setting, and a gentle meditation to help participants shift into a receptive state. From there, Jools will introduce the process of automatic writing, including how to trust the flow of words that arise. Each participant will be invited to write, reflect, and (if they choose) share parts of their experience in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. This class is not about “getting it right” but about allowing: letting Spirit, Guides, and your Higher Self speak, and discovering that you have access to guidance at any time. Participants often find this practice not only strengthens their connection to Spirit but also cultivates patience, trust, and a deeper understanding of who they really are: powerful beings having a human experience.

By the end of the workshop, participants will:

No prior experience is needed, just an open heart, an adventurous spirit, and a willingness to explore the messages and wisdom available to them.
